Some examples of clients and projects delivered by MRA

A. Gainsborough Town Council – Development Plan including public consultation for the Levelling’s Park, Gainsborough.

B. Horncastle Youth Centre Working Group, Horncastle, Lincolnshire – Business Plan for the proposed asset transfer of the Horncastle Youth Centre, Horncastle

C. St Leonard’s Road Development Ltd, Windsor – Social-economic Impact Evaluation of £4M Hotel development.

D. Wong Working Group, Horncastle, Lincolnshire – Public Consultation and Feasibility Study for the Wong piece of land

– An asset transfer from ELDC to the community of Horncastle, Lincolnshire. This contract also involved the delivery of Governance training to the client organisation and on-going mentoring to them to develop their capacity to bid for the asset from their local authority. This contract was funded by the Social Investment Business (SIB) under the My Community Rights Pre-feasibility Grant Programme.

E. The Stanhope Hall Ltd., Horncastle, Lincolnshire – Social Impact Evaluation of The Stanhope Hall Asset Transfer Project using Social Return for Investment (SROI) and governance work –

– This contract was funded by the Social Investment Business (SIB) through the Community builders Fund. This piece of work enabled the development of a SROI report (the first of its kind for an asset transfer project in Lincolnshire) and the strengthening of governance for the client organisation.

F. Oriental Arts Ltd., Bradford, West Yorkshire – Organisational Development and Business Planning with

– The contract was funded by the Arts Council England to help build the capacity of the client for its sustainability. Following the intervention, the client was able to sustain funding from two sources to rescue their organisation from being wound up; had their Business Plan written; had all their policies and procedures reviewed and/or amended; had set up a trading arm to diversify; received training for Board members on Health and Safety, Equality Act 2010, Financial Management and Human Resource Management; and their relationship with their existing and future funders have been strengthened.

G. Incorporation of Alford Corn Exchange and registration with The Companies House and relevant bodies.
